Core Responsibilities

  • Anchor the Circle
  • Holds the energetic and relational container of the community
    ~Attunes to the pulse of the group and ensures meetings, gatherings, & processes unfold in alignment with shared values and sacred timing.
  • Steward Communication & Flow
  • Oversees the rhythm of connection — scheduling gatherings, setting agendas, circulating key information, and ensuring all voices are heard. Helps weave clarity, coherence, and compassion in all exchanges.
  • Facilitate Shared Space
  • Guides group processes with skill and heart — whether in decision-making, conflict transformation, or co-visioning. Creates a field where truth can emerge, emotions can move, and transformation is welcome.
  • Holds boundaries with love. Intervenes when integrity is threatened, energy is scattered, or harmful dynamics arise. Ensures that the space remains safe, sacred, and attuned to the group’s deepest purpose.
  • Uphold the Invisible Threads
  • Tracks the subtle — emotional undercurrents, shifts in group energy, sacred timing. Names what needs to be seen. Tends the spiritual ecology of the community
  • Holds the circle of stewards in wholeness — not as a leader above, but as a center-holder within. Tends to the relationships among roles, and ensures everyone stays in right relation to the whole.
